The User may make one backup copy of the software where necessary to secure further use in accordance with these terms of use. The information, software and documentation are protected by copyright laws as well as international copyright treaties as well as other laws and conventions related to intellectual property. The User shall observe such laws and in particular shall not modify, conceal or remove any alphanumeric code, marks or copyright notices neither from the information nor from the software or documentation, or any copies thereof. §§ 69a et seq. of the Spanish Copyright Law shall not be affected hereby.

9. Severability Clause
If individual regulations of this contract should be, or should become, ineffective, this does not alter the validity of the remaining regulations within this contract. The parties commit to replace ineffective regulations in a legally permissible way, with new regulations which then restore effectiveness. The same applies to regulation omissions in the contract. To overcome such omissions, the parties commit to compile and include suitable regulations, which are consistent with the sense and purpose of the contract, and which would have been included by the parties if the point had been considered by them.
If individual regulations of this contract should be, or should become, ineffective, this does not alter the validity of the remaining regulations within this contract. The parties commit to replace ineffective regulations in a legally permissible way, with new regulations which then restore effectiveness. The same applies to regulation omissions in the contract. To overcome such omissions, the parties commit to compile and include suitable regulations, which are consistent with the sense and purpose of the contract, and which would have been included by the parties if the point had been considered by them.
